RDS Always Enabled ColdFusion 9 EAR/WAR Installations

Something we discovered a month or two back is that if you perform an EAR or WAR installation of ColdFusion 9, then RDS is ALWAYS enabled even if you don't tick the RDS checkbox during installation.

Everyone please check your RDS setting in Production to make sure you're not inadvertently leaving something enabled that shouldn't be.

Below is the link to the technote, which also states that CF8 is affected. I must admit I've not seen CF8 display this behaviour, but I guess you should double check your CF8 servers as well.
